1. Who we are
Gepard Group is an independent software developer. This policy explains what data we process on this website and in our browser extensions. Questions or requests: contact@gepardgroup.info
2. Our browser extensions
Our extensions do not collect, transmit or share any personal data. Their settings stay in your browser and are deleted when you uninstall them. The website practices in section 3 never apply to our extensions.
3. This website
We use service providers for hosting, cookie-free visitor statistics and email delivery. They process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply, and delete them once no longer needed.
Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies and sends usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location to Google, kept for up to 14 months. If you decline, it is never loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Some providers, including Google, may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
5. Children and changes
This website is not directed at children under 13; our extensions' practices are described in section 2. We update this page when our practices change, along with the date at the top.
